Part-time Writers, Editors, and Reviewers needed for new MedStudy medical student products. If you like to write and have experience teaching medical students, this is the position for you. Work remotely with a team of 150 physicians and educators. Utilize your medical knowledge to write new content or edit/review submitted content. There are opportunities for both editors and reviewers for narrative text and Q&A’s in all specialties. MedStudy provides writing specifications, editing checklists, coaching, and feedback.
Content Editor: Compare MedStudy and USMLE outlines to written materials and ensure topics are covered appropriately.
Medical Editor: Review written materials to ensure medical information submitted is correct and MedStudy voice (clear, concise, and conversational) is utilized. Medical Editors will also add, delete, revise, and reorganize content as needed.
Q&A Writers and Reviewers: Write and/or review Q&A’s through an interactive content management system.
We are specifically recruiting professionals to write Hematology/Oncology Q&A’s, Reproductive System Q&A’s, Dermatology Q&A’s, and Pharmacology content, but all specialties should apply.
Required: A passion for writing, editing or reviewing medical content along with at least one year of medical student teaching or resident teaching experience.
Preferred: Board certified physician or faculty member with a medical school.
