Our goal in Christian living and teaching is to make Christ preeminent in all things. The programs of the college, as well as its community lifestyle commitment, are designed to encourage serious academic inquiry, a biblical worldview, spiritual understanding, and social conscience.
The Graduate Department is housed within the School of Behavioral Sciences, which includes both undergraduate and graduate programs. The department’s purpose is “equipping graduate students to be grounded in scripture, professionally competent, and actively engaged in personal growth as they work in the church and mental health agencies.” This department seeks a counseling faculty member who holds views comparable to those of the institution, which include the institution's doctrinal commitments, called the Covenant of Faith. It also seeks a faculty member who will complement the contributions of the department’s existing faculty.
