ResponsibilitiesThe CORE (Center for Organizational Readiness and Education)Trainer is responsible for the preparation and facilitation of the CORE training courses for Ambulatory areas and under the direct guidance of the CORE leadership team. Additional responsibilities include completing pre and post course work such as administering pre-learning assessments, Level-1 and Level-2 course evaluations, and updating CORE course records. The CORE Organizational Development Specialist will cover CORE Training Coordinator and other duties as assigned when resources are not available. The Trainer is expected to work independently and seek out direction as needed.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Applied Behavioral Sciences or related field or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of experience training front line staff in a medical setting Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, participative training and design, interactive learning methods, principles of customer service, group facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, excellent communication skills, and presentation skills. Ability and skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
