The County is seeking a dynamic individual with a broad background and experience in public, primary, and behavioral services as well as extensive health services experience with program planning and implementation, budgeting, contract negotiation and monitoring, development of comprehensive and collaborative service delivery systems, and supervision and management of staff.

Strategic management and leadership skills, a personable and approachable personality and management style, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and an ability to be self directed and results oriented  are also important as is personal integrity and dedication to public service.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, health services, health administration, environmental health, public administration, social work, counseling, psychology, medicine, nursing or a closely related field is required. A graduate degree in one or more of these fields is preferred.
