Description Research Assistant III - Nephrology JOB SUMMARY: The candidate must have a four-year bachelor's degree in health science, laboratory science, chemistry, biology, or another life science from an accredited college or university. The candidate is required to have experience with small animal husbandry (e.g. genotyping, backcrossing), mouse procedures (collection of blood and tissue, gavage, tail vein injection), experience with survival rodent surgery (mouse models of kidney injuries preferrable), molecular biology (PCR, cloning, qPCR), and cell culture (isolation and maintenance of primary cells).
