Computational Staff Scientist
Description JOB SUMMARY: This research position involves the development and application of computational approaches in the fields of immunology, microbiology, and vaccine science that are crucial to the mission of the Vanderbilt Vaccine Center. It also involves oversight of computational resources which include maintenance of computer hardware and software, development and implementation of new computational methods, leading computation-oriented projects, as well as training new students and staff in these areas. The successful candidate will function as a laboratory resource and make essential contributions to collaborative projects related to computational microbiology and immunology in the Georgiev laboratory.
