The Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for creating, auditing and maintaining electronic contract summary documents, distributing these documents to the appropriate parties (centers, business offices, revenue cycle, IT for loading into Advantx and Cerner) and ensuring these documents are saved into the facility record in Corporate Focus (archive). The contracts coordinator will also assist in reviewing and communicating payor policy changes, contract effective dates, master facility list updates, data entry, preparation of written correspondence (to include certified mail), coordination of contract implementations and other related duties as assigned.
Managed Care and/or Payor/Provider Contract experience is required
Microsoft Excel - minimum experience: data input, printing, formatting, basic formulas and saving/archiving multiple different versions.
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Auditing background is preferred
Ability to work in sometimes fast paced, high pressure environment
