The incumbent provides highly innovative and progressive clinical pharmacy services and develops and directs clinical pharmacy programs in Primary Care at the Iowa City VAHCS Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). Clinical pharmacy duties are also performed in other areas as necessity requires and time permits (e.g. remote coverage for peers at other CBOCs who are on leave). Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education: Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a baccalaureate degree in pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
