Clinical pharmacy specialist who provides pharmaceutical care to veterans as a clinical pharmacy practitioner (CPP) with highest level of pharmacist clinical privileges and with minimal supervision. CPP will be a member of their PACT Teams at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) at Idaho Falls, Idaho.
