The Outpatient Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the daily professional and administrative operations of the Outpatient Pharmacy at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). Under the direction of the Outpatient Pharmacy Supervisor and in counsel with Pharmacy Leadership, the Pharmacist has full responsibility for the daily management and operation of the assigned Pharmacy section according to Pharmacy Service philosophies, policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
