Pharmacist (Clinical Pharmacy Specialist) - Women's Health
The Women's Health Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is a licensed pharmacist, preferably with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists accredited residency. The incumbent functions as a part of the Women's Veteran Program and/or PACT team and is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to women Veterans across their lifespan in the ambulatory setting. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
