RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Chair of Pediatrics and Pediatrician-in-Chief for the Children's Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center We seek a visionary leader for the Children's Hospital of New Jersey (CHoNJ) at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center who will lead the growth of pediatric programs for the children of Newark and of the surrounding counties.  The Chair/Pediatrician-in-Chief will work collaboratively with physician, nursing and administrative leadership to establish and achieve CHoNJ’s strategic goals and who will inspire and develop others.  The selected leader will be responsible for the development of inpatient and ambulatory programs that result in the sustained growth of the CHoNJ and Department of Pediatrics and will
