Postdoc Scientist - Pathogenesis of Cognitive Impairment in Alzheimers & Peripherial Neuropathy
Dr. Warren Tourtellotte’s laboratory studies the cellular and molecular mechanisms of central and peripheral nervous system development, and mechanisms involved in innervation homeostasis and neurodegeneration. We are seeking two (2) Postdoctoral Scientists who will also need to meet all requirements in applying for an NIH post-doctoral fellowship. Our first Postdoc will work with Dr. Tourtellotte’s lab to study pathogenesis of cognitive impairment in Alzheimer’s Disease (Ou-Yang et al., Sci. Transl. Med., 10, 459) and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Qiu et al., J. Clin. Invest., 124, 981). The lab also has an interest in transcriptional regulation of genes involved in learning and memory (Li et al., Mol. Cell. Neurosci, 35, 76; O’Donovan et al., Trends Neur
