The Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides comprehensive medication management for hematology/oncology patients,including both inpatient and outpatient specialty clinic settings.This position provides support to oncology pharmacy services through clinical and distributive services, direct patient care and management, and development, implementation and maintenance of order sets, protocols, and clinical algorithms. Occasional cross-coverage of additional oncology services may be required. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
