Clinical Pharmacist Specialist- Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI)
The primary responsibility of the Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) is the provision of evidence based pharmaceutical care services through both direct and indirect interaction with patients and providers.This pharmacist functions a part of the Mental Health service to accomplish department missions and goals Basic Requirements: a. Citizenship. Citizen of the United States. (Noncitizens may be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with chapter 3, section A, paragraph 3g, this part.) b. Education (1) Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a baccalaureate degree in pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
