The Clinical Pharmacist (Outpatient/Admixture) possesses knowledge and proficiency in pharmacy practice. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for routine medication-related activities in the accordance with local, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) , and national policies and regulations, with a focus on the Veterans care at Outpatient Pharmacy and the Infusion Clinic program at the Jacksonville VA Outpatient Clinic, FL that is part of the North Florida/South Georgia VA Health System. Applicants pending the completion of educational, or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
