The responsibilities of the Client Delivery Leader for TPR include, but are not limited to:
Serve as a point of escalation and problem resolution in the case of delivery or downtime issues, working with Service Management and Application teams
Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all strategic roadmaps within the TPR portfolio, coordinating with the business and IS delivery.
Align the roadmaps with critical Strategic Vendors (as defined by spend and critical function), to deliver the best cohesive technical direction that takes advantage of all capabilities; push vendors for enterprise value, functionality, and innovation
