This leader is responsible for a team that assesses, designs, delivers, and evaluates enterprise learning and development solutions to build critical skills and improve performance. Applies a data-driven approach to identify capability needs, translate priorities into actionable learning plans, and coordinate delivery through appropriate channels. Implements blended learning experiences by applying adult learning principles, research, and modern standards to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability. Enabling adoption and sustained behavior changes by integrating learning into workflows, reinforcing expectations, and removing barriers to participation. Measures effectiveness using appropriate evaluation methods and performance insights to continuously improve solutions and demonstrate impact on strategic initiatives and organizational outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field is required.
- Requires 8 plus years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
- Requires 5-7 years of people leadership experience, including leading learning professionals.
- Requires experience applying learning measurement and evaluation frameworks, including Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4.
- Requires experience partnering with business and HR stakeholders to identify skill gaps and translate needs into learning solutions.
- Requires experience working within a large, complex, and highly matrixed organization, including partnering across multiple functions, departments, and stakeholder groups to design and deliver learning and development solutions.
- Requires demonstrated experience assessing, designing, delivering, and evaluating modern leadership and team member development solutions and experiences.
